Questions
When is the best time to have a photo booth at my wedding?
Photo booths are great to start during cocktail hour. If you have formalities during your event, you can add our "Idle Hour" add-on to pause operations so it doesn't cut into your service time.
Can the prints match our wedding theme?
Yes. We customise photo strips with your names, wedding date, colour palette, theme or monogram, from our existing designs or a completely custom one.
How early do you show up for setup?
We show up 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit secures your date and is applied to your balance. You can pay in full or a 50% deposit online.
When are the photos available online?
After your event, we ask for a 48-hour grace period to upload and carefully edit your pictures to the online gallery.
